Curiously, traditional disposable scent products like NEOM reed diffusers ($46) or Diptyque candles ($70) command significantly higher value and brand loyalty despite their disposable nature.

By synthesizing the core strengths of scent pod diffuser with our insights into candle usage, we strategically pivoted toward the portable home fragrance segment. Our market analysis revealed that while "fixed" diffusers are oversaturated, the portable category is high-growth and less crowded, representing a clear "blue ocean" opportunity for our market entry.
