Trustworthy Wearable Experience to Boost Athletes’ Performance
GoWatch X-PRO was the flagship product of GOLiFE. It is an outdoor watch with meticulously smart function. X-PRO comes with multiple built-in sensors and powerful software, providing users with professional activity information and reliable support when training.
Optimizing the tactile experience
We prioritized tactile intuition by applying a diamond-cut texture to the buttons, allowing for seamless "blind" recognition during activity. The strap was engineered for a balance of softness and stiffness, ensuring all-day comfort with a secure fit. To complete the user experience, we refined the charging cradle for a perfectly aligned, effortless connection every time.

To succeed as an outdoor GPS watch, the design language and CMF must convey uncompromising toughness, empowering the user with a sense of rugged reliability during extreme adventures. However, this robust aesthetic must be carefully balanced with wearing comfort and compact electronics setup.
PROCESS
Dial design variation with CMF
Dial plays a key role in watch design. However, due to mechanical constraints, CMF was the main area for us to explore the possibilities. By working closely with the supplier, we developed several solutions with various manufacturing techniques during the design process.
